Welcome to ResumeRN. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Services
ResumeRN provides an AI-powered resume building platform designed for nursing professionals. Our services include resume creation, AI-generated content, resume critiques, interview preparation tools, job match analysis, salary negotiation guidance, and related features.
2. Accounts
- You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must be at least 16 years old to use our services.
- One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one account.
3. Free and Paid Services
Free Tools
Our free tools (Resume Critique, Interview Quiz, AI Mock Interview, Flashcards, Job Match Analyzer, Salary Negotiator) are provided at no cost with daily usage limits. We reserve the right to modify these limits at any time.
Paid Services
- The Pro plan is a one-time purchase of $29 USD.
- Add-ons (LinkedIn Content, AI Headshot) are separate one-time purchases.
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
- Purchases provide lifetime access to paid features at the time of purchase.
4. Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of payment. Refund requests should be sent to support@resumern.com. Refunds are issued at our discretion.
5. Your Content
- You retain ownership of all content you create using our services (resumes, cover letters, etc.).
- You grant us a limited license to process your content through AI services for the purpose of providing our features.
- You are responsible for ensuring your resume content is accurate and truthful.
- You may export or delete your content at any time.
6. AI-Generated Content
Our services use AI to generate resume bullet points, critiques, interview feedback, and other content. You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated content is a suggestion — you should review and customize all output.
- We do not guarantee that AI-generated content is error-free or factually accurate.
- You are responsible for verifying all information in your resume before submitting to employers.
- AI-generated salary data and negotiation scripts are estimates and should not be relied upon as professional financial or legal advice.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use our services to create fraudulent or misleading resumes
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse our free tools
- Scrape, crawl, or automate access to our services
- Use our services for any unlawful purpose
- Resell or redistribute our services without permission
- Upload malicious files or content
8. Intellectual Property
The ResumeRN platform, including its design, code, AI prompts, resume templates, and branding, is our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform or its components without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
ResumeRN is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:
- Job outcomes or hiring decisions
- Inaccuracies in AI-generated content
- Service interruptions or data loss
- Third-party service failures (Stripe, AI providers, hosting)
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for our services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the state where ResumeRN is incorporated.
