- Resume data: Work experience, education, certifications, skills, and contact information you enter into our resume builder.
- Email captures: Email addresses submitted through our free tools (Resume Critique, Interview Quiz, Mock Interview, Flashcards, Job Match Analyzer, Salary Negotiator).
- Payment information: Payment details are processed by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
- Uploaded files: Resume files (PDF, DOCX, TXT) uploaded for analysis are processed in memory and not permanently stored.
Information Collected Automatically
- IP address: Used for rate limiting and abuse prevention. Not linked to your identity.
- Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and interactions with our tools, collected through standard web analytics.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain our resume building services
- To generate AI-powered resume content, critiques, and interview feedback
- To process payments via Stripe
- To send occasional nursing career tips (you can unsubscribe at any time)
- To prevent abuse through rate limiting
- To improve our services and develop new features
3. AI Processing
We use AI models (Anthropic Claude and OpenAI) to generate resume content, provide critiques, and power our interview tools. Text you submit is sent to these AI providers for processing. We do not use your data to train AI models. Please review Anthropic's Privacy Policy and OpenAI's Privacy Policy for details on how they handle data.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:
- Stripe: For payment processing
- Supabase: For data storage and authentication
- AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI): For AI-powered features
- Firecrawl: For job posting URL scraping (Job Match Analyzer only)
- Vercel: For website hosting
5. Data Retention
- Account data: Retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time.
- Resume data: Stored in your account until you delete it or your account.
- Email captures: Retained for marketing purposes. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time.
- Uploaded files: Processed in memory and not permanently stored.
- Rate limit records: Automatically purged after 24 hours.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL), secure authentication through Supabase, and secure payment processing through Stripe. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Our services are not directed to individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
